We had an amazing stay! The house was extremely clean and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The location is a quiet and secluded neighborhood. We will definitely be back again! Thanks!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice peaceful getaway, beautiful house and very well kept and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

My group of friends and I were in town for a wedding and found this location to be perfect. Easily accessible by foot into town to indulge in some shopping and food, we took a few dips in the lake and found some rocks to sit on in this area to read. Although we had read a negative review prior to coming, I reached out to Lake Life and confirmed that these issues had been addressed. Lake Life immediately responded to confirm this. They responded quickly to any inquiry we had and we found the home to be very clean. Although there is general wear and tear that happens with every vacation home, we found ourselves very comfortable and had no issues. We definitely encourage anyone looking for a simple rental in a great area with lots to do, that this is your home!

We loved our stay at the Perch House! Super easy to find/check in/etc and the host is really pleasant and responsive. We loved the location, it was a 5 minute walk to the docks which made boating easy, plus we walked down for ice cream one night. The lake access is great too, the water was beautiful. The house itself was great and would be perfect for more than one family. For us our teens loved that they had their own floor downstairs. It was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. we would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location. It was our 1st time visiting the area. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The house is excellent! The host very responsive in answering my questions. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this amazing place!

The location was perfect(we were attending a wedding at church landing) and the house was cute! Loved the backyard set up. Lake view was great . Walking distance to food options was a great plus. Would stay again.

Our 2 families stayed at the Perch to attend a wedding at Church Landing. It could not be more convenient. All the comforts of home with a great view. Thank you also for the early check in-that was a lifesaver.

Such a good spot to stay especially if you have a wedding in the area! We were able to put in our boat at town docks for the day and make use of the space, water access, as well as everything downtown Meredith has to offer. Such an awesome weekend away. Lake life was super responsive and the place is perfect for 8 people.

My friends and I LOVED staying at The Perch! We came out to play some games and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and it did not disappoint! There is a really nice table that easily sits 6 adults, and plenty of space for all of us to spread out over the week! Even though it’s not directly on the water, you hardly notice with the amazing views and easy access to the shore. The kayaks were so fun to take out onto the lake! There are so many fun things to do that are an easy walk from the location, and the guest book is a great way to check out things other guests have enjoyed! The host was so responsive and very thoughtful. The humidity had increased during our stay, and they were kind enough to stop by and install the AC unit for the downstairs bedrooms the next day! There’s also a little cubby with lots of games like uno, monopoly and more! We really enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to book a stay here again! 10/10 would recommend!

Another perfect stay at this location. It is our second year at this home and we look forward to it. Location is perfect. The home is clean and well set up. Each floor has its own bedroom and bathroom which makes it perfect for three couples to have their privacy. The garage is a bonus and comes in handy for storing our bikes when not riding.
