It has the essentials, a fully equipped kitchen minus a microwave, washer and dryer, and a deck that faces west, giving you a front row seat to some truly unforgettable sunsets over the cove. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a sunset dinner or just kicking back enjoying the natural beauty. This is a true lakefront camp, cozy, a little rustic, and surrounded by natural beauty. Whether you're lounging by the water or exploring the different Local shops and restaurants Moultonborough has to offer. The Cove gives you everything you need to experience the lake life in the lakes region. * Please note the dock in the pictures will be available with cleats for up to 2 boats. The boat canopy measures bumper to bumper 8ft 2, water to top of canopy 6ft 6 Dock to head 5ft 1 canopy length 16ft . The other side of the canopy can also fit a 16ft boat. One side is reserved for swimming. * Please note this property is a camp, it is a lakefront camp but by no means is it a luxury lakefront home. hints the no-frills lake getaway. - please respect the property as you would a luxury home. The camp does have an AC window unit on the main level. Fans are provided for the lower level but theres is no central AC or Heat on this property. Please plan accordantly. There is a river/lake rock fire pit that has been hand crafted by guests over the course of different stays, we encourage guests to add to the rock fire pit. Fire wood is not provided - there are multiple local fire wood stands on the way to the property (cash only) There is a coffee maker (not a keurig) and press coffee at the property coffee grounds and sugar are provided BYO Milk/creamer. There isn't a microwave at this property but there is a stove with pots and pans for cooking and a grill. Propane is not provided BYO or you can a rent a tank refer to guest guide book at property.

The access to the property is a dirt road. There is limited parking at the property, parking is only available at the top of the driveway at the planters. Please do not move planters.
