We loved our stay here! We were able to walk to our friend’s wedding at Church Landing. Highly recommend this Airbnb if you have any event there as it is located at the edge of their parking lot! Everything was so easy. We had nothing to worry about during our weekend celebrating! This home is clearly very well taken care of. The downstairs room was the perfect getting ready space for all of us. So happy with our stay!

Our stay at Lake Life Rentals was excellent. Communication is great with timely responses to any question you have. The place is very comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. We would strongly recommend staying here if in the area and will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

To be honest, I did my Bachelorette here!! It was a small group of girls and we are very mild. We are all in our 30s and just wanted a place to stay that was clean and comfortable with enough beds and bathrooms for a couple of nights. What was got was SO much more!! The Perch was adorable, clean, and in the perfect location! We, of course, wanted to be by the lake and we were almost on the Mill Falls property (where I’ll be getting married soon) so it was fun to show the girls where we’d be! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do too! We could have used their floats and kayaks but we ended up renting a boat for the day so we didn’t need it. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. The three full and perfectly clean bathrooms were amazing! We thought the house was cool enough for our hot weekend (just keep the shades pulled and ACs on)! Thank you again for a lovely place to stay- I will 100% be back! And I will be recommending it!!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Lake Winnipesaukee! There was lots of space for a large group, with many bedrooms on three floors. The location is perfect, less than 5-minute walk down to the lake, right across the street. There are restaurants and shops walking distance from the house. The owners also allowed us to use their kayaks and floats which was a lot of fun on the lake! The owners were responsive and friendly. My group would love to stay here again - I would recommend this house to others! Thank you, Lake Life Rentals!
